For all our events please complete our generic booking form and return it via email or in person.

In addition you can complete an online application via our app.

Payments can be made on day via cash or card unless otherwise stated.

Don’t worry if the app is showing an event as full booked or limited numbers – there is always space, so come along and have some fun.

Winter Working Test

29th December

We will be running the first every Winter Working Test so come along and be a part of something special.

There will three classes for each category

  • Puppy for dogs aged up to 12 months on the day
  • Novice for dogs over 12 months and that have previously not won a working test.
  • Open for dogs over 12 months that are advanced in training or have won a Novice working test.

What is involved

There will be a Hunting test and two land retrieves for all classes and all breeds across the day with each tests designed to each breed . The awards will be up to 6th place.

What you need to bring

2 Canvas Dummies marked with your name and some lunch.

How to sign up

The cost is £35 and can pay in advance or on the day by cash or card and please complete the generic booking form or sign up in the app – preferably before the day – as this helps with the admin.

Summary

It is always a great day out and you’ll be surprise just how good you dog really is. Come along treat it like a normal training day have some fun and come away with an award if all goes well , if all else fails it’s a great day out so don’t think about it just enter and I will see you all there.

Training Day: Flushing Day

18th and 27th December

These days are for spaniels and HPRs who are nearly ready to go into the shooting field. This is one of the final steps with the aim of the day to get them steady to game.

It is held on a shoot but no shooting will take place. You will be working your dogs on pheasant, partridge and other ground game in woodland and cover crops.

This training day provides a full introduction into how to get your dog steady to game and sitting on the flush.
